Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
